In 2007 Kathryne finished 8th in season points with the ASCS (American Sprint Car Series) Gulf South Region, and also captured ‘Rookie of the Year’ honors. This season, she has won a number of various qualifying races. Minter is currently ranked 13th in points in the American Sprint Car Series on Tour (ASCoT) National Series. Kathryne also competes in regional ASCS events as well as visiting her local, home tracks when scheduling permits.
In June Kathryne raced at the home of the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame in Knoxville Iowa. She met the Director of the Hall of Fame and he has asked to buy the very 1st of Kathryne’s Die cast race cars to place in the collection there to forever symbolize the 1st ever die cast sprint car made for a woman. Congrats Kathryne.
