Max-Chain® Synthetic Chain Lubricant is an advanced, high performance, synthetic lubricant that provides excellent protection for chains, open gears and exposed metal surfaces subjected to severe loading — even in wet, acidic environments. Max-Chain is a unique, thixotrophic lubricant blended with a solvent carrier. It can be easily applied by either spraying or brushing. Once applied the carrier film evaporates, leaving a tenacious, dry, wax-like film. This non-tacky film effectively minimizes the collection of abrasive dust and other airborne contaminants. Its dry lubricant film performance is enhanced with EP properties to greatly reduce wear and to effectively extend equipment life. Max-Chain can lubricate up to 400˚F (after carrying solvent has evaporated) and provides excellent protection against rust and corrosion. Max-Chain is an undyed product.

It does not say it here but on the royal purple website is says o-ring chain safe. anyway i have used this stuff twice now on my atv and the chain seems real happy so far, no more squeaks or noise at all from the chain and i run a silencer pipe so any sqeaks anywhere on the quad are annoying to me and my prey. in closing i have to say you generally get what you pay for and the thrifty demon inside had me looking at this $3 can of chain lube for a few minutes until i realized my toys mean more to me than $3 so here we are. so anyway this stuff works great and i will never use anything else.

This lube is so much better than the WD40 we used to use. Stays on the chain and doesn’t fly off all over the place.

Best fishing reel lubricant on planet! Have used it for 5 years and casts go further, reel never gets gummed up with lubricant, silky smooth retrieve. Have tried 10 different lubes and this is best!

Hey man well worth the wait. I actually bought the stuff for use on my camper… To lube all the scissors stabilizers…. And man does this stuff work great. The product really is top notch and I highly recommend it

I have several items using the power steering pump: The steering, a hydroboost and a Hydraulic winch. Regular power steering fluid was working ok, but would Best Lubricant on the market and you will know it when you use it. Absolutely the best thing to have in your garage for those DIYer’s out their like me

Reminds me of garage-door lubricant, without the stink. It goes on as a foam, and soaks into the chain links. Then, wipe off any excess. There’s not enough solvent for it to be a cleaner+lube in one. Overall though, this lasts so much longer than anything else I’ve used. I lube whenever I remember, and never deal with the faint squeaky sound of dry metal.
