Ran Amsoil in all 3 reservoirs on my Harley Ultra Limited for the first 20k miles. Noticed a immediate difference in shifting after switching to Royal Purple. So much smoother and easier to find neutral. This is the second Harley I’ve had that I’ve felt the difference in. I will only be running Royal Purple from now on.

Worth every penny. Shifts like butter. Never burnt any oil and I’ve ran this pretty hard in two bikes now multiple seasons. Honda Blackbird and Suzuki Hayabusa.

You can’t go wrong with using Royal Purple V-Twin Motorcycle oil in your Harley. I’ve used many brands over the years and this is one of the best. I change engine oil every 5,000 miles and a three hole change every 10,000 miles. I have no issues when using Royal Purple.

Been using Royal Purple for years and I put this at the top of the Oil chain. This was used for an 08 Harley Street Glide and the good thing being purple is that you can tell when it’s completed it’s purpose.

love the royal purple 20 50w cycle oil. please keep it in stock as i had to order it from warehouse and wait a half day to get it. from the Republic mo store.

made my 84 virago run much cooler and quieter.

2010 softail, replaced the syn3 that they recommend in motor and primary (and i was using for the first 15k miles.) not a HUGE difference, but noticeable. sounds smoother, smells different, clutch seems to engage better and doesn’t “lurch” on initial start-up. expensive, but would buy again.
